These racks worked great on a 2004 BMW Z4. A little effort to remove the old ones and they snap right into place. It's great to have a chest that doesn't try to decapitate me every time I open it!

These shock absorbers look exactly like stock struts. Installation took five minutes. These racks cost 1/3 the cost of regular racks. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and I can honestly say the quality and price are excellent.

These lifters are amazing. First, they are just as durable (stronger?) than the OEM models. There are no complaints. Second, to use the old Geico expression, it's so easy even a caveman can do it. Seriously, take off the old lift brackets (I used a small flat head screwdriver and removed the electronic clip - very easy), line up the little tabs and push the end in. Made. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I used them on a 2004 BMW Z4. Thumbs up. Super happy.

For my 2003 z4 I've replaced them with originals twice in the last few years but the ball joint always rusts and falls apart over time. They have a much higher carrying capacity than stocks. Very easy to install and they also come with joint lubricant already in the flare body. After removing one grout and installing a new one, I also coated the exterior surfaces with waterproof epoxy to eliminate the possibility of rusting, which is difficult as I live near the beach.
