It's better than budget laptop mics, mostly because you can place it very close to your mouth. The vocals are very muddy and sound like they came out of a tin can. I bought this after buying the Comica CVM-D02 and not being happy with it. The sound on this set was boomy and fuzzy, like talking through a pillow.
