I like them but I prefer Susan Bates hooks that have a sharper edge on the tip of the hook. They have a rounded edge which is a bit more difficult for me to use. You can't tell what type it is from the picture and I was hoping it was the right style but I needed this size so I just left it.

I was very skeptical about using plastic hooks. I've almost always used Boye aluminum hooks, although I've tried acrylic hooks once or twice. The acrylic hook put me off plastic hooks. What mistake! I love these hooks. They glide so smoothly over the yarn, light and ergonomic. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I don't like these hooks at all! They were frustrating to work with because the yarn didn't slide over the hooks like the higher quality soft shank metal hooks I usually use. The entire shank is straight (it doesn't have a dimple in the middle to hold it like other hooks) and is tricky to use because the yarn is constantly snagging on the tip of the hook. They were also too light. I bought and upgraded to a better quality metal bar and soft grip hook. But then my project didn't even exist. So I
