My son uses this for training and kickboxing/jiu-jitsu competition. He said it was easier to breathe with them than with his previous mouthguard.

I bought this for muay thai and have loved it for a few weeks. It's almost impossible to talk through her, but she's very protective and lets you breathe normally. I would buy again.

The difference between this and other mouthguards (even from the same brand) is obvious. I feel like this gives me more protection than wearing a helmet during boxing rounds.

I find it easy to "bite" this mouthpiece while maintaining my breathing rhythm. I do not recommend leaving the Brain Pad in boiling water for even half a second longer than the instructions say.

I wore a mouthpiece to protect my head during wrestling. The mouthpiece is a bit big and prevents me from breathing the way I need to. Also, I got my fifth concussion while wearing a mouthpiece, so to be honest, the mouthpiece sucks. Don't waste money

The instructions provided were vague, like a low res video, but I tried to follow them anyway. I ended up biting off the inside edges of the mouthguard when trying it on because it's so wide in the back it messed it up. It's really depressing and made it a waste of my money.
