I like that my doctor is able to use this app with me, it's easy enough so he can show his students how they work! It has made communication between him & myself much easier than having 2-3 phone calls back an forth each week (which we used before). I have been using several different AI platforms to help with my work, but this one has by far exceeded all of them in terms if ease-of use/training as well as customizability! The customer support is also amazing - very helpful when you need assistance or clarification about what they are doing behind their scenes :) Honestly nothing at present that would make me not want it continue improving over time (more training data) & more integrations w other tools such as Slack / Zoom etc. Currently
