I bought this coffee grinder and was very excited when it arrived. From then on everything went down. Ground coffee makes a complete mess when you try to put it in the coffee maker basket. In addition, the cup is installed incorrectly. It grinds at least 2-3 cups more coffee than you set on the dial. I seriously called Philips 6 times and forwarded over 7 times and NOBODY was able to help me. Finally I gave up. I am so upset with the lack of customer service. This article is back!

This is my third coffee grinder with different grinders from different manufacturers. I've been using it for a year now. Flawless, excellent and even cut. Makes delicious espresso.
