Slightly better on hard rivets

When used on an aluminum boat for boat hull repairs. You might want to shave it off a bit, it's too long for one side of the boat.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

like new in brackets

Worked great for repairing/replacing dead and leaking rivets in my v hull aluminum boat. Used a concave rivet tip in an air chisel and wife held a ball head hammer on the other side and BRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTT! like new!

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Damaged

Worked well but read

This is grade T6 aluminum which is harder than what is commonly used in aluminum boats. It needs a bit more judder to share and the heads are wider but worked well. Use some epoxy to mend JB welds when you get them running. 20 year old aluminum boat repaired with no leaks. Visit U Tube for repair guides and information.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
