Wow! Someone (me) who thought they could never do a keratin treatment on their own will now never go to the salon for it again!

My first Revain review. I was unable to get an emergency appointment at the keratin salon after weeks of boggy, wet weather in the Northeast. I wanted it before I endure another boggy week in Florida. I was desperate and after doing a little research on the internet I took a chance on buying this product. The product was delivered to me overnight and the company emailed me detailed application instructions (they also provided a laminated sheet with instructions). I followed the directionsโ€ฆ

I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND THIS PRODUCT! I'm Colombian and my hair has always been frizzy, frizzy and drier. My hair is also damaged by frequent heat styling and multiple color treatments. The keratin treatment has made my hair a thousand times softer, less frizzy and much smoother. I still have a few waves in my hair, but I also didn't use a clarifying shampoo before the treatment (because I didn't want to wash the color or toner out of my hair). However, this product is still amazing and I'm soโ€ฆ

IT WORKS! Scalp Treatments

Background: I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this product because I was skeptical of trusting other reviewers (not that there was anything wrong with their posts, I am one by nature skeptical person, especially when I trust online reviewers). I won't lie, I was very nervous when I first ordered it. I've spent endless amounts of time reading reviews outside of Revain, watching YouTube videos, and trying to find blogs specifically dedicated to keratin research. As a kidโ€ฆ

Love it. on Scalp Treatments

This is my fourth keratin smoothing. I do this every summer. I'm also a licensed barber/stylist so I'm more than comfortable doing it myself. Yes, I'm sure it would be easier to do the back with a friend, but if you can give yourself a salon blowout and use a flat iron like a pro, you certainly can. I have medium thick dry curly long wavy hair that looks like Brillo pads when wet. I use about 2/3 of a bottle per treatment. Will it do an iron 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? NO, it is not strongโ€ฆ
