On the rare occasions that I sleep on my back this pillow is good. I have so much pain and headache from sleeping on my side. The part closest to you is completely smoothed out while the side at the head part is left fluffy. I have to buy a new pillow. I've tried this pillow for almost three months and I can't torment myself anymore. Edit: Possibly the worst pillow in the world. As a result, I am dissatisfied with my sleep and get headaches.

This pillow is everything I dreamed of. I don't know all the qualities of a perfect pillow but this one is amazing. I won't lie I lost hope when I saw how small the package was and how flat it was initially (pictured) but you can see it really swelled between 6pm and 10pm. The pillow was well packed on arrival. All I had to do was open the bag and take it out, unroll it and then remove the plastic. I let it air out for a few minutes and then just ripped it down the middle and then at the seams. Then I leave it for a few hours. It swelled perfectly, there were no lumps.
