The software is very user-friendly, we're able to view previous invoices for our clients in one place with just 1 click of button! It's also easy enough that even my daughter can use it (she loves using computers). The best thing about bridge is its ability to connect with other systems, it also allows me as an admin user to have access from anywhere in my organization even without having any technical knowledge of what's going around. It is very easy to use, it's always up-to date with my data and I can share this information easily across other platforms such as EMRs or billing systems (Medisoft). There are multiple options for creating custom reports but they're not intuitive at all so you have to work around that sometimes which takes time away from actually using your software.
