I just hooked them up last night. Actually it's not that difficult. First you place two devices next to each other and connect them. No ethernet connections, just plug in power. Press and hold the Device Group A button for at least 10 seconds until the Power LED turns off and on again. Then do the same for Device-B. These two devices just got a new netgroup name. Simple, great concept but unreliable. I had 3 of these and they work but for WI-FI it might be better to pay more for another product. AT&T uses this product and I decided it was my only option when I needed to replace it. I have to unplug/plug it in a lot and it's frustrating. I wish I had researched more. I used it as a replacement for a repeater to get a more reliable connection, this item did just that. I recently moved and my router needed to be installed downstairs while my room was upstairs and quite a distance away.
