This memorial box is my Merlin's final home. It is well made, durable and attractive. It suits him, and while it still breaks my heart to see this, I have no doubt that it will be a worthy tribute for many, many years to come.

Bought this litter box for my dog who died of cancer. He was a 60 pound Cockapoo. This urn was more than adequate for his size. The wood is beautiful, smooth, without defects! I really like how the back is screwed down so it won't open if dropped or banged on the shelf. Adding a photo is the icing on the cake!

I bought this for my dad's dog. Very nice keepsake box. Included was a plastic bag and a velvet bag for the ashes. Also included were 2 small drilled nails to secure the back once the ash is inside. The frame fits perfectly with the 4x6 photo I printed for it. Suga weighed about 50 pounds, and her ashes fit nicely inside. This is a beautiful wooden box. This is a great reminder of my father.

Our Boxer recently passed away and I wanted something for his ashes. I love the way it's made because even if it fell over or our little one grabbed it, he wouldn't be able to open it. It closes with a small screw. I wish the photo slot was a regular size like 4x6 or 5x7 that could just be printed out and put in a box, but you don't have to trim the part to fit.

Urn itself is fine. Not high quality, but beautiful. The problem is that the plastic pet photo cover scratches badly. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement plastic sheet and I seem to have started walking. It probably costs around 2 cents and yet replacing it seems like a big deal. A few emails later they still haven't committed to replacing it. Definitely a language issue, but I'm not sure if that's the problem. You seem to understand my request, but it doesn't seem to be a priority.

Large urn for my pets ashes. The finishes are great, the photo section is great, overall a great urn. The price was great compared to other more expensive urns without a photo insert. Will definitely buy again for my other pets when the time comes. One suggestion I might like to see is to increase the bottom border to accommodate the nameplate. It appears that most of the slabs were 1 inch wide, which made them not very suitable. Either the top or the bottom of the urn had to be altered to fit…

This box is just what I need for my precious cat's ashes. This wood is a beautiful dark colour, all stitching is even and neat - no gaps or loose edges - well done. A screw on the back allows you to remove the back to access the box and photo frame area from the front. I simply took the cardboard backing out of the frame and cropped my photo to fit, glued it in, replaced the cardboard and bent the little photo holder pins to hold it in place.
