You go to the narrower side. Others have suggested ordering the next size up if you have a wide foot. I just loosened the laces a bit, I'm happy with that.

Nothing to complain about, but I really liked the laces. They are basically self-locking, so if you tie them together they will lock and will NOT come loose. Pretty cool I thought.

They may look like a stylish pair of shoes, but the soles are hollow and don't provide proper support. These cracks and holes on the bottom appeared on all 3 pairs after running in them for 3 months. It also comes from the daily vapor change. If you are looking for cheap shoes, look elsewhere. They only hurt when you wear them. Would have been 0 stars but doesn't go any lower

Ordered these shoes for a teenager and he loves them. Great color, very comfortable. Normal size, not too wide and not too narrow.

They're comfortable and roomy so you can put supports and inserts in them, which is great. Some shoes are too tight and the insoles don't fit.
