Disappointing Performance in Running Shoes

These shoes were a letdown. They didn't provide the advertised comfort and support while running, and after a few uses, they started to fall APART. The only positive is that they look sleek, but that`s not enough to justify the steep price tag. Save your money and invest in a better running shoe from a more reputable brand..

Pros
  • Sleek appearance
Cons
  • Poor comfort and support, quality issues.

What happened to Brooks?

I've sworn by Brooks for years. In particular, the Glycerin series (from Glycerin 12 to this pair of Glycerin 19) with a bit of adrenaline here and there. It seems that each iteration loses quality and increases in price. I have these 19's and before I could lace up the first one I wanted to take them off and throw them away. I put them both on, laced them up and walked around the house. If I had been blindfolded, I would have guessed that someone had taped a golf ball under my heel and another

Pros
  • Made in the USA or Imported
Cons
  • Good, but not great
