Great shoes for tall people like me!

So I'm a tall guy, I lift weights, actually I'm a pretty tall guy. 6'2", 240 lbs. But during this COVID case I can't go to the gym but I definitely need my fitness level. So I ran. I'm not very good at 10 minute mile on a nice day but this one Shoes took my aching aching feet and put them on a cloud layer! No more pain no more sore arches or shins.I have a big wide foot.So I usually go from 12 to 13,(even more so with Nikes),at Puma I would wear a 12 EE, at Brooks I wear a 13 EE so if like me…

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • is embarrassing

Nice shoes for tall men

When you need 13 EEEEE, it's difficult to find good sports shoes. Mostly in ugly colors. The monster wasn't/wasn't available in my size, not even from Brooks. Glycerin are comfortable shoes. I don't like the hollow sole of any sneaker. I can feel the gaps and the soles wear out quickly. I expect 6-9 months from them. 6 feet 2 inches and 280 pounds.

  • Always liked

Bravo Brooks for excellent shoes!

I'm in my 50's and looking for a shoe with a soft, pliable midsole for running and everyday wear on hard surfaces. I had previously purchased Asics Gel Nimbus running shoes up to 20. The 21 seemed to drop the cushioning from soft to firm so I decided to try the Brooks and they didn't disappoint. I liked the Brooks sneakers because they clearly communicate the purpose they design and manufacture the shoes for and they totally nailed it! The Glycerin 17 shoes have a soft midsole that really…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Too narrow, no arch support but good cushioning.

The insole is really very soft and cushioned which is really nice. But there wasn't much arch support. I have very high arches. Possibly detachable with insert. I wear men's 4E. (I'm a woman but men's shoes are much more comfortable, plus I'm 6'1" so I feel like they're made to be taller.) Brooks doesn't have 4E (very wide) in many of their shoes. . But sometimes 2E suits me very well, so I tried them. Some 4E models were MUCH more expensive. This shoe was too tight. I have to say I have no…

Great shoe for an injured ankle

I was diagnosed with tendinopathy of the right achilles tendon and one of my doctors advised me to buy marathon running shoes. The urgency made me think about ordering shoes online. I was a bit concerned about this because not all shoe companies make shoes in the same size. They all fit a little differently, even if they're the same size. But I'm too busy to find a shoe store and have too much time, so I gave these shoes a try. Overall they had a 5 star rating and I am happy to report that the…

Pros
  • Decent job
Cons
  • Annoying

Finally I decided to give up a pair of New Balance that were probably 10 years old. I took a break from running for a while so they weren't used all the time, but now that I'm running again they could be replaced. After lots of personal recommendations and online research I settled on these Brooks Glycerin 17. I was very hesitant to buy the shoe without trying it on first but due to Revain's excellent return policy I decided I had nothing to lose. Preface to what was said below - I'm in my…

Apex shoes, very comfortable

Really comfortable and the quality you expect from Brooks. Honestly, I like them the best! And I wouldn't buy Nike products if they were the last shoe company in the world.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Long wait

Nice shoes Clothes, shoes and jewelry

Good shoes, very comfortable. Not the running shoes I wear in a foot accident. I have to wear shoes from the moment I get up until I go to bed. I've tried every show, but Brooks has never let me down.

Pros
  • Keep my fists
Cons
  • No gun

Expensive but decent comfort especially during exercise

Incredibly comfortable, feels like I'm walking on cloud, design on black shimmers and shines like fish scales. I have flat feet and am diabetic these shoes are like a dream. Great rebound and cushioning when running.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
