Super handy in my review.

i'm a big guy I bought size 14 and they fit perfectly. Just as convenient! These were my first Brooks shoes. My wife has worn Brooks for many years.

Pros
  • A lightweight. Ideal for running.
Cons
  • The tongue of the shoe sticks out and rubs against the instep. Not as soft as I like. I returned for a refund.

Full of sand is the best in my rating

This is my fourth pair of Cascadia streams. You've been great up to this point. However, I was walking on the beach and the shoes shoveled sand into the shoes through the mesh. I can not understand. I have probably 5 ounces of sand in each shoe. Talk about sandbags. This is the main design flaw. :(. Too expensive not to be great

Pros
  • Good quality sneakers, very comfortable
Cons
  • Advertised as men's shoes, I actually received women's shoes.

As with wine, sometimes it's not a good year.

. I've had the Cascadia since at least the Cascadia 7. Year after year each pair has always been great out of the box with no issues. I have narrow feet and they always fit me. Until last year with Cascadia 14. The internal healing of the back is a mess. It's just torn and falling apart. All the destruction also causes my socks to slow down in healing in a way that no other shoe does. I still have my Cascadia 9 in my closet as a fallback when I'm in a pink mood. My Cascadia 9, which I've had…

I love these shoes!

At first I thought the shoes were too hard. Then I put them on! My balance has returned to normal and my back no longer hurts. I went to the Brooks website and did a test and they recommended these shoes to me. Not as pretty as I like, but pretty, just as pretty. I passed the same test after wearing them for a day and passed with flying colours! And the comment I read against them said they are not waterproof, is that the other 14 R?. Some. Not this one.

  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Exchange for another color

Fits great and is very comfortable. I wear Brooks Glycerin and wanted a trail runner for gravel or stone trails and they perform just as well as the Glycerin and feel about the same weight. I bought the Ebony, Grey, Biscuit colors but it's not grey, black and cream like I wanted - the color was more like slate blue, denim blue and coffee brown.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Love Brand Brooks - Shoes

I was looking for a pair of good running shoes. I don't know why there isn't a brand that makes them narrow. However, Brooks is my true friend, so I gave them a try. I wish they were a little narrower but they fit very well. A little thing: I thought they looked gray in the picture, but in reality they are more of a lavender colour. I didn't like it but I kept them because I was tired of returning shoes. For those who are looking for tight shoes like me, Salomon had a really good pair but the…

My favorite shoes! Best Among Men

I had an earlier version of Cascadia (8 I think) and liked it. I'm very happy to report that I like them too! They're great for those with a neutral or even super foot. I like that they are very neutral because I can put my favorite insole in them and the base of the shoe allows the insole to sit where it's supposed to. I use them on the streets/sidewalks and various trails, walking or running. I also like that they aren't too flexible, but I wouldn't call them too rigid either. Good support…

Great support and comfort

I've put on probably 40 miles in these shoes in just over a month and everything seems great except for the bottom of the shoe where it goes all the way to the toes. It doesn't seem to be coping very well with Arizona's rugged terrain and is already starting to peel off. The profile on the sole of the shoe is amazing! I usually wear Adrenaline and wish they would make hiking shoes with this level of support.

Not what it used to be

If this product had a rating of -5 I would use it. I've worn Brooks Cascadia for years and they've all stood up to many runs and hikes, but this pair was terrible. This pair only lasted a few months and they didn't even live up to the conditions I had put my previous pairs through. What happened to Brooks Quality Control? What happened to customer satisfaction? When these shoes started falling apart it was too late to return them. Very, very unlucky! I used Revain to buy them but they came from
