I wish I had never bought this printer

I have used an H/P printer for many years, but a relative advised me to switch to Brother. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. I find it extremely inconvenient for the user, experience too many paper jams and now, after weeks of infrequent use, I am missing print lines. I can't find a solution to this defect. I plan to donate this piece of junk to the person who recommended it and get another H/P.

NOT WORTH – Printer and Accessories

I've had this printer for a year now and I'm finally tired of it. I thought it would be exactly what I wanted, specifically the ability to print on 11x17 paper. However, it only prints to specific sizes and will not accept any size that doesn't match what's programmed. This prints an entire page, but as soon as I uncheck a box, the page is no longer letter-sized, so the printer won't let me print on page 2 or 1. It does not accept envelopes of different sizes. Reliable printer through some network outages

I replaced an Epson Workforce multifunction printer, also tabloid (11" x 17"), with this one. Epson never worked properly but was able to scan both sides of the paper from the ADF. This one can't. Many reviewers have reported problems with this printer connecting and staying on a wireless network. I have a wired network with a switch about 5 feet from the printer and am having connectivity issues. I have two computers connected to the same switch as the printer. Sorry, we were looking for an imposition printer for our office of 3 people that could print 11x17, but it wasn't available. Don't buy this. It never worked and the seller says it's non-refundable.

. It says it comes with ink for a year, but when it didn't work and the troubleshooting instructions said to buy new ink and the seller refused to return it, I paid $75 for new ink. Guess what! It still didn't work. Now it's a giant, dead, unattractive stool on my floor. I will keep trying to get my money back and if that doesn't work you can all look forward to my YouTube video with the seller's name and a recreation of the Office Space printer scene.
