Bought printer for personal use. The attitude was fine. However, since then I have had various problems. At first I had problems with the message that I was offline. After about 1 1/2-2 hours on the phone from the hotline, this problem seems to have been resolved. Then I got error messages saying I'm using the wrong paper size and I'm out of paper, which wasn't true. I spent over 3 hours on my phone with Brother or Revain trying to connect to my computer. The simple setup guide that came with the machine was cumbersome and didn't work. I have a Mac desktop operating system 10.13. The customer service reps were knowledgeable and helpful, but some settings eluded them. This printer has garbled text. I received an email with directions that were detailed and accurate until I printed them out on my new printer. In the printed manual, a critical part of the text was simply left out. I'm so angry that I can't return this piece of junk. Very angry and disappointed. I thought Brother should be one of the best. It was very difficult to set up. I spent 3 hours with support to set it up. The ink is very expensive. A set of 4 costs $90 plus. Very slow color printing. I should have researched more. I was in a hurry, I won't make that mistake again.

I couldn't be more disappointed with this purchase. If this review can help someone reconsider their purchase, then it's worth it. 1. The quality is as cheap as possible.
