There were many different needle sizes. I've had problems with Schmetz needles breaking frequently in my machine, as well as some problems threading the automatic needle threader on my Singer patchwork. The cost is affordable for the consumer and I will definitely buy again.

I use them in my PE800 embroidery machine just like a standard needle in my sewing machine. Usually in weaving, not knitting. They don't break easily and I don't change them as often as recommended because they just stay sharp longer than recommended. I have used this needle for quilting cotton, denim, canvas and even light colored leather. I'm untrained - I've found that when controlling speed to match the material, I rarely suffer glitches. I love these needles and will ONLY order them.

They fit my Brother SE400 nicely. I am so happy to find 100 needles for such a great price! The only downside is they don't have a color code on the stem like my Singer needles (for a Singer machine). Now that's not a problem as I only bought one size, but if I buy a different size it would be nice to be able to see which size is which at a glance. The number is engraved on the staff, but I have to pull out my magnifying glass to see it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will be…
