A good antenna for antennas

It works, as they say, there is no gain, but it works. I use it for both amateur and GMRS frequencies. Has good SWR on both bands

Pros
  • antennas
Cons
  • everything is fine

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice low profile UHF antenna

Bought to use as a 70cm antenna for a small sports car. A full size antenna would look ridiculous and out of place. It is well made and lends itself well to a stealthy look. I don't need ultra high gain performance, and it's fine for plugging into local repeaters when cruising around town.

Pros
  • Accessories and consumables
Cons
  • Don't really like it but it's ok

Nice flat UHF antenna

Bought as a 70cm antenna for a small sports car. A full size antenna would look ridiculous and out of place. It is well made and lends itself well to a stealthy look. I don't need ultra high gain performance, and it's fine connecting to local repeaters when cruising around town.

Pros
  • Ungrounded unity gain
Cons
  • Expensive
