Renovated our master bathroom and decided to use this kit. Install was fairly easy (not for average diy’ers). After a about 2-3 months the strainer/filter in the shower head dislodged and created a jet stream effect out of the shower head. I reached out to the seller but received zero communication from them. All I wanted was a replacement strainer. This is a quality shower control. Solid Brass construction, excellent finish and works perfectly.There are nice features like a built in level and plaster guard to ease installation. Instructions are clear and well written. You can tell the manufacturer put thought into the entire design.

We had professional install it during our guest bathroom remodel. I have to say I want one in my master bathroom, really enjoy the look and the overall performance.

I love the shower fixture itself, but the base of the sprayer head is missing. Is there a product customer service link to help resolve this issue?

First time turning this faucet on the shower head leaked. Yes, it looks great and is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Wish the manufacturer would respond because it’s too late to return to Revain.

Takes a little more time and care to setup than your normal valve kit but, oh my lord, it is worth it 100% this kit is amazing! Hooked up 3/4 inch pipe to it to ensure excellent pressure and WOW it does not disappoint! The packaging is top notch as well. Turned our new bathroom into a retreat!

Had to send unit back as it couldn’t work with my existing system. Looked like a great system wish I could have used it Poor customer service.

This shower set is so beautiful and just what I wanted for my new home build. My 5x7 walk-in shower will be the talk of the family. If I find any neg. after the full shower is installed I will revisit this review, I will also post pictures.

Love it the look the quality is perfect. The only thing is that it’s rain fall therefore not much pressure at all. Inadequate temperature control!

The o ring won't stay on and leaked at first. Good plumper fixed it. It also may be hard to work on if there is any problems later down the road bc it's not a delta universal, it's an off-brand.

I never installed a shower valve and accessaries before. I watched a few how to videos, ordered this KES rain shower and had it installed over the weekend, about a full day. It worked great and looks great too. Super easy with pex piping and no issues at all. The quality is very good. Highly recommend for the novice. .

I did not do the install, my contractor did, but it did not appear to be a very difficult install for a DIY. Anyhow, it is an absolutely great looking product and cant beat the value for money. It was recently installed so I don't know how long it will work well. will come back later and update.

We had two installed in our new shower and they are very easy to operate and the feeling of the water pouring over your head is awesome! Great water pressure. Totally love these shower fixtures!

After 18 months it started leaking water in the front. Now it’s front and back and it is sprouting out like a fountain. Installation is simple, just make sure to measure and account for the width of drywall/tile. Looks great but who cares if it falls apart. I just hope the shower system behind the tile stays intact.

We installed this shower head system in a bathroom remodel last year. The install went fine but after only using it one year it’s rusting!. We started using it in May of last year so one year in and the hose attachment and rain style shower head are rusting. Don’t buy this.

We bought it and there was plenty of room to adjust for my new wall and tile. The wand cord is long and has plenty of reach. The only thing I could really ask for is a longer extension for the rain shower head. 16 inches is ok, but I really need it for 24.

This lasted three years and then the shower head at the end opened up and came apart. now we have just a waterfall. Come on man. Seems like a nice piece that isn't made for water.

The rain head has enough spouts and pressure that I can wash my hair with it! It feels so good just being under the rain head. I use the handheld mainly to clean my shower.
