The paint is very chipped. This is not a permanent color. The paint practically disintegrates in your hands. Looks like someone copied a Disney mug and made it really bad. I can't even imagine what it will look like after washing with warm water. Will definitely come back now.

I'm very excited. That's supposed to be a gift! And it doesn't even look like what I thought it would. No chip as shown. and in the photo it looks like ceramic or something. What a joke I have a plastic cup! Black color to show the chip. I'm sending it back and probably won't buy it again.

The mug arrived in perfect condition and the colors look great. The only thing I would change is that due to nature the mug has a depression on the inside of the mug. I think they should have just made the mug round on the inside for easy cleaning! Update: She still loves it, but... it's kinda sad. I will say she uses almost every day so we hand wash almost every day so we called idk?!. and I assumed it would get dirty in the indentations of the cup, difficult to clean, FYI

It looked so cute in theory but when I received it it looked very cheap. The picture looks like someone forced their child to draw it. Colors are uneven, and some details are not painted at all, leaving a ceramic white. Some areas of the mug are permanently painted while other areas look as if they were once painted and you can see the pottery lightening: it's similar to what I painted at a pottery party as a kid. I am very disappointed that I paid for this.

Ordered this mug 4 times. I really like the design, I'm a fan of Alice in Wonderland. That's why I gave him so many chances. It is very light and seems very easy to break unless I place it in my cast iron sink very carefully.
