Great tool to solve bugs and improve software quality

I like that it is very easy for my team members/colleagues, as well they can give their own reviews via comments or rating system with stars etc which makes life easier when we are looking at issues together! The UI could be improved by adding more icons maybe? And make sure there's no issue about any information being removed if you don't log into your account regularly - this happened recently (and was not resolved) so please check out all of these things before making an informed decision :)

  • Very intuitive interface
  • Easy to access from anywhere; mobile apps help alot in accessing bugs while travelling around town too..I love using both iOS + Android app.
  • Support staff helpful whenever required

The best thing about this software is that it's free, easy-to use & simple interface which makes its usage very user friendly as well! It doesn't have any specific feature but I like how bugs are reported by using their own unique ID for each of them so there won’t be much confusion while tracking all reports made under one account or project etc., also when you need help with your queries they provide 24/7 support service too (which i find really helpful). Great Software to manage Customer Support

The UI is simple, easy-to use with no glitches or bugs! I like that it's integrated into JIRA as well so we can easily see all of our issues together at once (and keep them separate!). We are able get quick reports out for new users who have questions about how things work right away without having someone go through an onboarding process first which makes everyone happy :) It also allows us quickly track down problems when they come up instead waiting weeks/months before getting answers by…

  • Simple to set
  • Easy access from anywhere in world using IP address only; doesn't matter where your office located.
  • No need VPNs needed anymore even though network admin did setup one originally..he didn’t tell me why
  • Support tickets automatically routed directly via chat window wher ever available within 1 second after submitter clicks send button
