While I'm sure the quality is top notch as with all other Bulksupplements offerings, I just haven't been consistent enough to see any benefits. I can hardly get rid of the smell when I open the bag and the aftertaste is harsh. I've ordered a lot of stuff from BS and I've never been disappointed with their products, but this one is just hard to use.

I purchased this as a sodium free alternative to monosodium glutamate as it is very hard to find potassium glutamate in any retail quantity. Maybe with this material and potassium bicarbonate I can do it. This is now the acid form. glutamic acid and is a very fine powder. This is very annoying for the nose.
