The design is superb but the left side of the light bank does not light up and the seller knew his entire range was defective and sold it anyway?! Offered a $20 loan if I could find someone to fix it?! I want it to work perfectly, be under warranty and have a free return process?!

As several other reviewers have pointed out, the 4-pin spade connector is not suitable. I compared it to other connectors at the auto shop and the pins were a few millimeters closer than they should be. Therefore it will not connect to my truck's 4-pin spade connector. With some effort I managed to connect it to the extension cord, but it bent the contacts on the extension cord and didn't fully dock. I do not recommend this item.

Headlights disappeared due to a lack of knives. The cost of retrofitting LED trailer lighting is negligible. The wiring is already there, but my truck is too smart for an electrical installation. If they cut the L/R power in the middle, it would point to the left and right brake lights (that would give 5 stars). Instead, when I'm plugged in, I only get error messages on my dashboard that my "trailer" has lighting and electrical problems, so to speak. My car? 2016 F-150 That's life.

I received this item and it looked like it had fallen on the LED side. The LEDs are a cheap glued-on strip that comes off easily with a snap of your fingers. It detached and disappeared when I tried to use it in inclement weather. The plastic molding had a rough cut edge on top as if the molding process had been done incorrectly. The plug didn't fit properly, it took considerable effort to get it halfway through my plug. Cannot recommend this product at all.

Buying for Tundra 2014. My first impressions. The material is very light, I'm not sure if it's good or not. The electrical plug it came with was pink, not male. The length of the cable was too short, so the electric plug cannot be connected above the bumper, as there is a risk of breaking the cable when stepping on the bumper. I believe the cord should be longer so it can run under the hitch through the license plate straight to the plug. It would be a clean job.

I purchased this product on purpose because it is lighted and promises to be compatible with the pre-wired 4-Flat or Flat-4 hitch on my Dodge Ram. Unfortunately this is not the case. The detachable wiring includes a non-standard cheap Chinese plug that just doesn't fit my normal pigtail - (see photo). I went to U-Haul and bought a standard set of connectors. I connected this to a product that works now. Note: The wiring is also not sealed to the bumper body. The black wire coating may peel off…

I am disappointed in the quality of this item. First, it's not a native 2" trailer spacing, it requires a very cheap plastic adapter to work. too much in the adapter. To make matters worse, there is no way to tighten it up with what was included and I had nothing to try and tighten it up. However, the wires inside the coupler are small and thin and are not the same size as the wires on the other end that connects to the electrical system. 2 wires of different sizes are spliced together…
