I bought this speaker cable to use on an old turntable that I am renovating. Seems to be a quality cable for the price. I don't claim to be an audiophile but I am very happy with the product. would recommend.

Today I used it to repair eight speaker wires that had to be lengthened and shrunk. This is a high quality speaker cable and I love the fact that it's color coded too. You can't beat that price at Revain either. I highly recommend this product.

Good quality conductor and insulator. The negative blue end is a copper conductor and the positive, transparent end (silver wire) is copper clad aluminum. This is not stated in the product description. Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) will not tin, solder, or get wet no matter what flux I use. I'm afraid I need to use a different cable for my application.

I bought this cable to replace old cables I had on some floorstanding speakers. I have to say that I am satisfied with the price and the quality. The cable was delivered free of charge. Defects and Colors - a welcome change from the typical red/black or worse, sure you'll need to mark with a marker for +/-. Don't pay for a name and a fancy terminal cap or smooth shroud, just good quality wire The year I've had them gave me no problems.

Unfortunately I can't get the silver side to accept the solder. Copper wire picks up solder easily but when I try to solder the silver side it just peels off regardless of cleaning the soldering tip, adding heat (increased heat) and using good quality 60/40 flux cored solder wire. . I have never had this problem and have soldered many small and large electronics with a good Weller soldering iron. You can't just solder the poles on.

Excellent quality wire. The conductors are woven rather than just straight strands and the sheathing is thick and fits snugly around the conductor. I used this cable to replace some of the flimsy loose wires I got with some old speakers when I got new speakers. My new speakers are more powerful and I was concerned that the old wire was too thin. The cable is thicker but still very flexible and works great. As mentioned, this is an aluminum wire so no soldering is required. I don't really care…
