Well when I started working with the product everything was fine and all the materials that came with it were there but I would not recommend using this mount. After carefully and perfectly following all the instructions, he does not do what he should do. I've never overtightened any of the mounting screws and they have become flimsy and won't stay flat to read the labels. I would use a different type of bracket for your bumpers. Do not buy!

This item has been working properly for about 6 months. From time to time it tilts and requires constant adjustment. The fastener that holds the pivot and pressure plates to the mounting bolt has recently jammed and cannot be removed, preventing me from making further adjustments. I do not recommend this item for long-term use. I ended up getting an OEM license plate bracket to replace this item and am very happy with the quality.

Product looks high quality and fits perfectly. Although the assembly instructions could be improved. Step 4 can use an exploded view in the assembly sequence. However, after a few minutes of figuring it out, it was easy enough to install correctly. However, the original delivery had the wrong clutch. It was shorter by about 2 inches and sat in the bumper.
