Set up the system as shown on the company's website. There were no problems with the first 5 liter batch. My batch was cleaned for a few months before filtering. The results exceeded my expectations.

Easy to use, no problem. Just watch the YouTube video and follow the instructions and you won't have any trouble. I have already bought several filter pads and only used them for one wine. Pads #1 and #2 seem to clean the wine enough to keep sediment out and make it clear like professional quality wine. I pressed on the grommets while tightening the handles and this seems to have created a good seal.

This filter works great if you install and tighten the filters properly, it will not leak. Of course there are a few drips in the pan, but pumping 6 gallons of wine through three filters, that's what happens. I put a drip tube in a wine bottle and collect every drop. The tubing that comes with the wine bottle is wired so you can easily hold it in place while pumping. You will literally drink everything from the bottle to the last drop of wine.
