I received my chair but it included two armrests on the left side so I have a chair that only has one armrest. I will change my rating if they send me an armrest for the right arm of the chair.

This is one of those products that looks great on the thumbnail but just doesn't work when you finally get it in the mail. I'm a 5'10 male with a normal torso. The "headrest" is so low that it puts pressure on my shoulders and forces me to lean forward. As with an office chair, it makes me feel less healthy. I would like to send it back, but now Bison Office is not answering me. What a mess.

I thought I would buy a leather armchair, but the material is actually artificial. The product name says "leather" which is not true. The seat can be adjusted in many ways, but is not low enough for me. I'm 5ft 1in and my feet don't touch the floor when the seat is all the way down.
