This is a Velcro strap which is so easy to put on but the extra length of the Velcro hasn't gone away except for a scratch on the leg. I've been looking for ways to carry extra water on my bike so I don't have to carry a lot of hydration packs, but the extra attachment point on the frame is already occupied by the wearable air duct. pump mount.
