Looking for something permanent so our dog can accompany us on our travels. Perfect for our Can Am Box and our dog loves it! Very satisfied and happy with the purchase!

I have two Great Pyrenees over 100 pounds and thought this would fit them. Looks lovely but I don't expect to fit more than one so we'll be sending it back. If your dog is under 100lbs/not too big/long, this would be the perfect addition to the truck body. It's just not for giant breeds.

Perfect! On my 2000 Toyota Tacoma it was about 4 inches too big as you can tell by the upholstery, but that's an easy fix. Otherwise super durable, even in some of the gusty winds we've had lately. The only issue I noticed was that my dog likes to stick his head out to the side, but the harness we use doesn't allow him to go out from the back, so he squeezes between the cab and the cover. But again, it's easy to fix. Otherwise we love it!

This is an amazing shelter for a dog on a long trip. In the fall we took our dog on a truck ride through the desert. The shade was much more comfortable for him than just lying behind the wheel in the sun all day. The underfoot padding also helped. My only complaint is that one of the hooks that runs under the cargo bed hem was sewn in backwards, requiring the strap to be twisted to fit. Then while driving, one of the hooks (the other) came off the strap. I had to put it back on and tie a knot…

Was easy to assemble. It did the job I wanted to add some shade to on those hot Cali days. I wasn't sure how it would hold up on the freeway, but it was fine. My dog Rizzo was able to lay down and avoid the wind on his face. Protected it from direct sunlight but still could see the surroundings. The straps hold up well, there was no popping noise. The fit was perfect for my Ram truck. My only negative thought are the screws. I bought these for myself because they are lightweight and easy to put

We have two fairly large dogs so we bought two of these for my Ram 2500. If you're like me and don't like the look of the cap, or maybe you can't afford it, then this is the perfect solution. When I inspected the parts prior to assembly, I was impressed with the quality of the materials. The gray fabric is very durable and reflects the sun's rays instead of absorbing them.
