Work as advertised. It's worth it.

Purchased from local dealer. A few weeks later I accidentally blew one up and it immediately lit up bright red. This made it easier to determine which fuse had blown. This is worth the extra price compared to standard fuses.

Pros
  • Universal color coding for easy amperage identification
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Makes Things SIMPLE: Fuses

I have a fleet of trucks with drivers who claim to know everything. he checked) I decided to install these fuses on all my gear for about $60 a truck. It's already reduced silly problems because an idiot can see which fuse has blown in a day or so. In fact, any truck with a blown fuse is now being towed and the driver charged back. This completely solved that problem, so I'd consider them pretty closely. By the way, if you have kids or a non-mechanical spouse who drives an old car or truck…

Pros
  • Meets or exceeds OE standards and SAE
Cons
  • flimsy

Working perfectly, making a difficult situation easier!

I bought two different models, the first was easyID and the second was Smart Glow. These light I Gg fuses are definitely a plus as the actual plastic of the fuse is definitely more transparent and easier to see while the other Smart Glow fuse is cloudy and opaque. Most will say that there is no need to see through a phase as the whole idea of these fuses is to indicate which one has blown, although the fuse will only aluminize when powered or connected to some form of power supply .Type. There…

Pros
  • Closed element protects against bumps and sparks
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
