Excellent quality and price

Easy to install, excellent quality, extra space for large cables, rubber cover. So no problem. I put a 4 amp wire and a 6 amp wire to one side.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Many accessories

A good product. for fuses and accessories

As promised. I used it to add an extra battery to the dash in my RV. It's not tiny, but it fits where I wanted it and gets the job done. The fuse also holds up well.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Low repairability

Perfect fit: Fuses

I installed a built-in 250A fuse in my mobile home, but only glued it shut. I had to redo the wiring and this time I got this Bussmann HMEG fuse holder with cover. Worked much better. Love it.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Slightly torn

As described. Good work.

I found the lid a bit tighter but it's under the hood so it's not a problem. This is a soft rubber adapter that slightly covers the ports. Otherwise it worked as advertised and went well with the 2 AWG wires for connecting the alternator battery.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Disappear

Not enough gear! Best of Fuses and Accessories

I'm not happy that it didn't come as pictured as the studs are missing locking nuts. It's ok, I mean you get what you pay for. I don't like the fact that the Made in Mexico sticker stared me straight in the face as soon as I took it out of the plane's white box. These fuse holders work well for me at work so they should be fine in my car too.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Hard to say

Does not provide adequate protection.

depending on the intended use. The details seem well done. Unfortunately, the "cover" doesn't cover everything. Fully enclosed, there is a 1/4" gap around the perimeter. The cover is made from a rubber material and is thin enough that the edges can flex around any cables that run into the box, so there's no good reason to not to fall further and close the gap I want to use it, but it does not provide enough protection against accidentally touching the terminals.

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • so far so good

Excellent - flexible rubber cover - great solution

Good quality fuse holder, just what I needed. It's not visible in the photo, but the base is made of hard plastic and the cover is made of flexible rubber. This made it easy to close the 1/0 battery cable terminal cover. The lid closes securely around the fuse, squeezing it slightly at any size. This softens and immobilizes the center portion of the fuse. Ideal if you expect strong vibrations/shocks, e.g. B. off-road or under racing conditions. This is the best fuse holder of this type that Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Broke in less than a minute. Maybe I got a defective one.

That seemed promising. Having just been about to buy a new cable that had a ring plug added it only took about 1 minute or less, now my trunk amps won't turn on and it's definitely not a control cable, now I have to go days without my stereo , not sure if I got a dud or from what I've read in all the reviews it seems like it's perfect compared to the plastic pipes. And the level of the amplifier is very high. My amp requires 100 amps, which is what I bought. It's not a 100 amp fuse bolt. thisโ€ฆ
