Excellent customer service. The shock absorbers arrived on time and well packaged. Also, they are very cute! I split the packet and gave one each to my team as a tournament gift, along with a cooling towel. It was fun customizing each damper to suit the player's personality. I wish BusyBee had more motivating "reminders" or better yet, customization options!

I love these dampers! I bought a few sets, opened them up and took them as a gift to my tennis team who will be going into qualifiers next month. They are perfect for motivating us. My favorite is Move your feet. After giving away most, I ended up buying another whole set. The only note: the white print on yellow is difficult to read (watch the ball).

I love the inspirational, positive messages on the damper. What I don't like is that it doesn't fit. It's like you have to tilt it at a certain angle to make it fit. I think I can fix it by cropping this part to make it fit better. Well I thought the box was supposed to fit perfectly but it doesn't. That's my only drawback with the purchase. I needed the dampeners badly because I was going to a tournament but forgot to put the dampener on my freshly strung racquet. They're nice and solid, have some nice messages on them (funny) and I was able to get them through AMAZON in a couple of days.
