Perfect for my needs, replaced the switch in my camper van so can't tell if it's waterproof but looks like it will work fine in a humid environment. The rubber cover looks high quality. I would try that if needed.

The lights in our 'new' camper van didn't work - my husband said the switch was faulty so I ordered them. I thought I only need one and when we made our first trip we found a second lamp that didn't work! Thank goodness I had extra switches - now everything is great and working!

I installed one of these switches on my motorhome 3 months ago. After only 5 or 6 rides one of the wires broke. The button mechanism has never been perfect either. Had to fiddle with the lock nut to get it working. Too tight and it won't come loose. When this happened, the switch was too loose in the socket.

These power switches have a very low profile, they are also waterproof and easy to install. I use them on my boat for all the electronics. It's been 2 months now, works like new, no problems with it. I bought red buttons for my other projects that I will add. You will love it, don't hesitate, buy black or red and yes they are waterproof.

These little switches have worked great for my purposes. I had a cheap little battery powered swim boat for my grandkids. The slide switch to turn on and off will rust after about 5 minutes in the water. I replaced it with one of those button jobs and it works great now and should work until my grandkids outgrow it. They're probably great for something more serious, too.

I used this to control the LED lights on the back of my truck. I replaced the switch that came with my lighting kit because I wanted to install it into an existing hole in the side of my bed instead of using double sided tape. The rubber cap over the button together with a thick rubber washer protects the exposed parts from water. Just in case I added some silicone where the wires enter the plastic case.

Easy install but after about 6 months half of the devices I installed wouldn't turn on at the push of a button. I often had to rotate them. Some of them were suppressed and didn't come back. Eventually I put them back on. but not reliable. They might be ok with regular use, but I only use them to toggle floods on and off on public holidays, so they don't activate mechanically in most cases. but I didn't expect it. Let's see how long they last.
