I like how easy it is to use this software for my business needs! It's great because we can track our social media posts with ease through their dashboard as well!! The ability to have an entire platform for tracking all of our social media efforts has been very helpful! I love when they send me emails with tips or tricks so it's easier than having 2 different programs open at once (Buzzstream vs Facebook). Sometimes we can't see posts from others because their account is set up differently but if there are any issues just contact support through email & everything should be ok within minutes!!
