As an hesitant buyer when it comes to electronics, I was so amazed when I tried this product. The BW Wireless Quad Band Phone has everything that you could ask for in an office phone accessory. Its wireless feature is a game changer for productivity and efficiency. The phone has a great battery life and a fast charging time. The downside is that, it's a bit expensive compared to other similar products, but its outstanding performance and quality makes it a worthy investment.

This is a 2G only phone. AT&T no longer supports 2G, does not work. T Mobile works well. The "manual" is very poor, difficult to read and sometimes it mentions buttons/functions that aren't there. BUT as a desk phone replacement for a high-ranking family member, it will do whatever it takes.

After spending an hour at the local AT&T store and buying a new SIM card to see if it worked, I didn't go and sent it back to Revain. Other people were right, it doesn't even work with a new 3G card, I'd try more $$$ but I need it now. Thought it would work for an elderly person stuck at home with a bad cellphone and going nowhere would be cheaper than a landline.
