Need technical support for car electronics

It was the coolest stereo ever. It exceeded my expectations. And then after 2 weeks it just stopped working. I only see a blank black screen. He does not answer. The lights come out on the backlit screen. This would get a full 5 stars from me if it worked now, I'm just disappointed and upset that I have to return it. Maybe someone could help me how to fix this. Then I can give him the five star rating he should get when he works.

Best value in automotive electronics

Big bang for the buck. Ford Econoline installation 2003 I've been using it daily for a month now. Small bugs like any device. You get used to it and you find workarounds. I bought an adapter from a car dealership for routing cables. I had to solder the wires from the radio but I didn't have to cut anything from the side of the car. I had to add an extension for the reversing camera installed in a very long van. Added a toggle switch on the dash to keep the ignition on the radio so I didn't have

I would definitely recommend staying away from this device. I used to have an Android head unit and loved it. I installed this and everything looked fine (although I HATED how the audio app started automatically and I didn't have an option to set another app as my default player), everything worked.
