I have a chia pet Mickey Mouse that I didn't want to make with chia seeds so thought this would be a great permanent solution. It worked great. Simply cut into strips and stick on. As it turned out.

I definitely know you will be in a mess after opening the box but overall this is a great product. Worked exactly as I had hoped. I had to glue the corners a bit, but that didn't bother me.

I wanted this for my planet on wheels to trim the edges where my potted plant wasn't. Because instead it showed patches of dirty water. This worked great for hiding it and now it looks like a neat planter and I love it!

It worked well but turned out to be smaller than I expected. Some of the moss fell off the sticky mat and I had to stick it back on which didn't work. The sticky part wasn't that sticky either, so I used glue anyway.

The quality of the dried carpet was very poor. The rug doesn't look as fluffy as it does in the picture, it's just very flat and hard. Also spills a lot. I make it like a bowl and stick but I haven't glued it to anything yet. All in all, I would most likely not order again.

I think the manufacturer forgot to include an adhesive component in my order. I would be very upset if I didn't have my trusty glue gun. The low score is because the description met my expectations, but the job still took just as long because there was no GLUE on my sheets.

Admittedly, it's hard to find a Goldilocks compromise on a product like this. If it's too thick, it won't wrap around the outline. If it is too thin, then there is so little moss on it that the effect cannot be convincing. Although it's hard to see in my photo, there are a lot of white spots on the mat where the substrate shows through, although the final visual effect still worked.
