I have been using this product for about 8 years. I bought from Bath and Body Works. Now I'm an elderly person and rarely go to the store due to health reasons, so I decided to just order it from the company itself. I love it. Didn't know there were so many other products and will order more when I can.

one of the few products I keep repurchasing! The taste/aroma is amazing and lasts forever. I've had one since 7th grade and just bought it back (I graduated high school lol!). They're a bit difficult to open at first, but with more use they usually come loose pretty quickly! I also recommend twisting the lid instead of pulling, it's a lot easier!

This not only softens my lips but also heals minor scratches and abrasions quickly when applied to my skin. It smells great and it's not too thick or too thin. I have to hide it from my five year old daughter or she'll put it on all her hands and face. Although she has soft controls when using it! I have only tried pink but I would love to try other balms and products from this company!

does not open. even pierced the top to try and open it. such ridiculous packaging. No matter how good your product is, if you can't open it, it's useless

Have been using CO Bigelow Pink Salve for many years. Glasses are special. They open like a secret compartment. You put the right amount of pressure on them in the right places, push and twist, and they magically pop open. If I had arthritis I wouldn't be able to use these glasses. I gave this product one star because it leaked from the cans and it was a gooey mess. Very different from any other jar of this ointment I have used. I'm so glad I found this product at Revain! I bought it from Bath & Body Works years ago and haven't found it since. I love it like a hair stick. It doesn't wear out as quickly as other products. I definitely recommend it!

I love this product and have bought enough of it to know that glasses are a pain in the ass. I also assume that Bigelow's company is aware of this fact. But this is the first time ALL THREE JARS were so stuck in the packaging that they had to be opened with a metal tool. If you can't open a jar, what's the point. So crazy! Did I mention that I love this product?
