I bought this solar charger in November 2016. From that point it worked until around the summer of 2018 when it just stopped loading. It's been sitting on my kitchen window seal the whole time so I don't know why it stopped working. I see that other customers are also having problems with theirs. Really disappointed with this unit. This gives an approximate charge time for different battery sizes, but a high capacity battery says a pair of D 5k-10k Mah cells will literally last WEEKS. The estimated charging time generally refers to batteries with a capacity of less than 500 mAh.
