Super Strong! - my new review

These were such an improvement over my older plungers, I'm mad at myself for not replacing them sooner! That's my review.

Pros
  • Worked great but too strong. I should have ordered a lower strength for camper shell
Cons
  • The product may not fit properly, causing damage to your camper topper or cabinets

Great replacement struts for Leer

This is the 3rd set of struts I have gotten for my 2008 LEER F150 topper. Very well made, easy to install and by comparison to the previous replacements better value for money. Hopefully, they will last a long time, though found on average struts usually last 5-6 years.

Pros
  • I’m 82 and was able to install these with no trouble.
Cons
  • The product is not adjustable, limiting its utility

The perfect fit. in my review

They were the perfect fit for my Snugtop camper shell back window. So much lifting power. Very pleased with this purchase.

Pros
  • good product
Cons
  • The gas shocks may leak over time, potentially causing damage to other components

Easy, easy to install

I had both of the old ones out in less than 30 seconds and both of the new ones installed in less than 30 seconds. Very fast and the product seems well made. Be careful when you take the old ones out you don't have the canopy door smack your head (yes I did)! :)

Pros
  • Color is different then advertised
Cons
  • The gas shocks struts may not provide enough lifting power, leaving your heavy camper topper or cabinet doors sagging

Works Great for my opinion

I have an old century topper. They fit right and were super easy to install. Just a small flathead screwdriver and your ready to get the job done. Don't use a stick to hold the rear up with spent shocks. Well worth the few bucks to get your shell working right.

Pros
  • Quick !!!
Cons
  • Only lasted 3 months before they quit working
