Doesn't connect to devices, the description isn't right.

I wish I had read more negative reviews or activated my fake spot when I bought it. Plug adapters must have thumbscrews as sockets have threaded tabs. You cannot use it to connect to a printer or other device because the solid pins on it press against the female pins on the device. You cannot remove the pins from the devices as they usually hold the connector to the case. When they are removed, the connector falls inward and is inaccessible. Without an adapter (and why then this cable at all)…

Cons
  • Expensive

USB 3.0 to HDMI didn't work

I was really hoping this adapter ($80) would work because it claimed to offer up to 2560x1600 resolution over HDMI. StarTech's HDMI version has only been upped to 1920 x 1080 - you'll need to buy the StarTech DisplayPort version ($95) to up the resolution to 2560 x 1600. I ordered the StarTech model first and then ordered the C2G when I saw it was cheaper. I ended up ordering both and I'm really sorry that this adapter didn't work. I recently purchased 2 LG 29EA73 Ultrawide Monitors with a 21:9

This image from Revain shows the *blue outer jacket of the Cables-To-Go (C2G) 16899 USB-A to DB25M cable. However, the 22429 cable listed in the title/description is only available in gray color. The colors of the image in the listing do not match the actual color of the item. 16899 and 22429 only differ in the case color, but the internal hardware appears to be the same IMHO the image needs to be modified to show this the actual article is OEM Cables-to-Go does not state on their Revain…
