Lots of room for improvement (product managers should also read this overview)

Pros: Better data and data plans than AT&T, USB-C. Cons: Cannot be used/powered without a battery, No SMA input for external antenna, Cannot be installed (non-stick surface) / Nothing to screw on, Cannot set screen timer, Poor touchscreen performance. As for the reseller I give them five stars for the fast shipping and the item was almost like new - no scratches, great value compared to new.

Like new is not new new, remember that

No product manual. Along with the lack of two large "lines" on the screen that make it hard to see when cycling through the settings. There are dead pixels on the screen. My children are also very impressed by the speed. just buy new

Bad item router in routers

The apartment is poorly renovated; the battery is swollen (possible fire hazard!). I would not buy refurbished Amazon products!
