Constant power but unstable data connection for USB mic

I need this for my Yeti Pro mic which I use for audio recording and podcasts. It seemed like the perfect solution for my 2018 15" MacBook Pro. Although it provides constant power to the microphone, it does not stream data in series. This caused problems with the microphone connection when using Adobe Audition to record. My MBP couldn't tell the device was plugged in. That sucks because that would be the perfect solution for me instead of using regular USB with a USB-C adapter.

Good product; Even better service!

I originally bought this cable by accident and was going to buy a Micro USB (Type B) to USB C and was planning on returning it. Unfortunately Revain returned more than the value of the goods which meant I would have to forfeit my refund. I contacted Cable Matters and their representative, Candy, was more than happy to help. Not only did she help me with the return, she made them herself when she realized I hadn't processed them yet. Not only does their other cable work perfectly as intended (Iโ€ฆ

WRONG CABLE: USB cable

I gave 3 stars by default because I ordered the wrong cable which I will keep as I am sure it will fit everything I have but I can't honestly say it works so i consider 3 stars neutral. I wanted to do phone to phone contact/data transfer but should have gotten "C plus Micro USB" instead of C plus Mini USB. I asked a question before ordering to see if it would work, but decided to take the risk of losing $8 and ordered anyway. I got an answer before I received the telegram and the answer wasโ€ฆ

This is a long cable, it will hold up your old devices, buy it!

I am using this cable to connect a laptop that only has USB-C ports to an older dealer OBD-II code/scanner. Not only does it work great for this purpose, the software seems to run faster with this cable than the old USB-C to USB-A adapter I was using (before I lost it). This nearly 7ft cable is way better than the old 1m cable I used before! Now I can mount my laptop on the hood of the car and route the cable under the steering wheel where I used to get caught in the driver's seating area. Theโ€ฆ

Works great for live streaming!

I was curious if this would work, but it's just beautiful! I have a Canon 5D Mark II and due to my position as a youth pastor I am forced to broadcast all my youth services. We were trying to figure out how to get good quality and found that the eCamm software has a feature that allows you to connect a DSLR camera. When I found out the port size of my Canon 5D Mark II and looked for USB-C on the other end, I found this cable. It works great with all my services. The quality is good, I don'tโ€ฆ

I love the digital watch face

Great battery >> Looking at the negative reviews over the last year, the number one complaint was about the battery. I tested it continuously for 3 days and it took 4-5 hours to fully charge and then ran for 14 hours before the last of the 3 bars in the status bar started blinking. Some complaints have mentioned battery degradation after a short time, so I'll update this review if problems arise soon.
