Description of Optimized Snagless Black Ethernet Cable by Cable Matters

High Performance Internet cable is Cat6 rated; The Ethernet cord with 24 AWG copper wire provides universal connectivity for LAN network components such as PCs, computer servers, printers, routers, switch boxes, network media players, NAS, VoIP phones, PoE devices, and more. Cat6 performance at a Cat5e price but with higher bandwidth; Future-proof your network for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Cat 5 cable network); Meets or exceeds Category 6 performance in compliance with the TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standard. A Category 6 Ethernet patch cable is also referred to as a Cat6 network cable, Cat6 cable, Cat6 Ethernet cable, or Cat 6 data/LAN cable. A wired Cat 6 data cable is more reliable and secure than a wireless network or Cat5 cable network for your internet connections. Efficient Ethernet Cable for Industrial and Scientific Needs

This cable helped me connect my industrial equipment without any hassle. After I put it to the test, I was more than satisfied with its speed and durability. The snagless design prevented any accidental disconnections, which is great for busy environments. The only drawback was the cable length, which could have been longer. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this Ethernet cable for anyone in need of a reliable connection in the busy industrial and scientific sectors.

Pros
  • Quality material ensures durability and reliability.
Cons
  • Possible compatibility issues with certain devices.

Easy to insert, difficult to remove

The cable looks solid and provides efficient transmission. However, for family members from seventh grade to grandparents, it is almost impossible to remove the plug unaided. We've plugged the cable into a variety of ports including Smart TV, Xbox, Laptop and Switch, all with the same simple insertion problem but difficult removal problem. We used a Phillips screwdriver to squeeze the lever hard enough to loosen and remove the connector, but still encountered some difficulty. I have years of…

Pros
  • High Performance Category 6 Internet Cable; The 24 AWG copper Ethernet cable provides versatile connectivity for LAN components such as PCs, computer servers, printers, routers, switches, network media players, NAS, VoIP phones, PoE devices, etc.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Good customer service

Cable was wound into a spool approximately 26 feet. I noticed this before I started but installed the cable anyway. I knew I only needed about 120-125 feet and decided to take a chance. It worked out fine in the end, but when I needed the full 150ft I ordered it was returned immediately. It's also worth noting that this cable is stranded and not a solid conductor. At this price I was expecting one skein. Just thought I'd share this discovery in case it's important to others. *Update*Cable…

Pros
  • Gold plated connectors with strain relief sleeves for durability and a secure connection; Bare copper strands improve cable performance and meet communications cable specifications
Cons
  • Large and bulky
