Great cable, good quality. 3.3 inch gives more space for hard drive storage since my desktop weighs 55 pounds and is on the floor.

Worked great to connect external storage to my Chromebook. I slipped a Toshiba external drive into a self-adhesive neoprene sleeve on the lid of a Chromebook, and the cable was the perfect size. It stays out of the way and I don't have all that extra cable.

I use my USB hard drive all day and my old cable looked tattered and felt like it was about to break. So I jumped on the cable. it is super durable. I like that it's short and there are no extra cables. And I couldn't beat the price.

The OEM cable was good but quite thick (difficult to bend) and a bit long, this cable has neither of those problems and I'm happy with it. Looks good but I can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a short time.

This is a quality cable, to say the least. It even looks good. I have tried several other cables over the past 2 weeks but have returned them due to various issues such as bad USB ends etc. This cable is more robust than most cables with an aluminum outer jacket. The cable ends are durable and fit the connector exactly as they should. This is a quality cable! Yes, I would buy again!

I use this cable to backup my computer to a WD My Passport external hard drive and I like it much better than the standard cable that came with the drive. While I am very happy that the drive COMES with a cable to begin with, I am more than satisfied with this cable because it is much more durable, strong, thick, long, aluminum body, braided and last but not least covered with what they claim it is 24k gold for better conductivity. First, I wrote 63,017 files (386GB / 415,000,000,000 bytes) to my new external hard drive using this cable. The process took 6 hours! This seemed inappropriate to me and I wanted to return the drive, but luckily I decided to try the 18" cable that came with the drive. Writing the same files (and bytes) only took 2 hours! - directory on an external drive, and everything else was the same. Decided to return this cable.

I'm pleased with my choice of this durable and affordable USB A to Micro B 3.0 cable. My external hard drive is too expensive and I don't want it to get damaged or risk data loss from all that accidental tugging on a cheap cable.
