Good product - glad it still exists - perfect for those still using old drives

This is a USB C to USB 3.0 B cable review. Great product - the cable is durable and well priced . I'm glad these cables are still around for those of us who work in design studios and can't easily update all parts of our workflow at once. I have older drive models with USB-B connectors and this fits right in. If only USB firewire cables like the 400 and 800 had been made 8 years ago; but anyway. great article. Hello to this seller and manufacturer.

Dell Laptop Hub Compatibility Issues

I first bought this cable hoping to connect it to a Dell laptop monitor hub. Unfortunately, it looks like I have some compatibility issues. I ended up using a Dell branded cable after having problems with it. Not sure if this is an isolated case, but be sure to check compatibility before purchasing.

Works great with my USB 3.0 drive dock

I got this to connect my 2.5" Sabrent 4-Bay USB 3.0 Drive/SSD Dock to a new USB-C computer , and no complaints. The cable is of high quality, the performance is excellent.

USB-C port does not provide a secure connection

USB-C port does not provide a secure connection. It still feels free after being put into port. The smallest hit breaks the connection. This bad connection was causing problems with my hard drive dock. Any slight movement in the cable breaks the connection and interrupts file transfers, e.g. B. pulling out a flash drive without first ejecting it.
