📱 Cablevision Optimum Model UCR2464 B00 Universal Remote Control: Effortless Control for All Your Devices Review

This is a replacement for my old remote control. Since the cable company no longer carries this model. I am very happy that I finally found it.

The remote control works like my original remote control, all buttons work well and I was able to connect it with your programming cable, but I have not received my compass, but I do not have to be happy HAND BACK. IT WORKS AS PROMISED. .THANK YOU

First let me say that the picture shown is NOT the remote control you will receive. This is different but the seller should know that this remote will also work as a replacement for the remote you were looking for in the description. I was skeptical when I opened it up and thought I'd definitely have to return it, but thought I'd give it a go and luckily I had it programmed and up and running within 3 minutes! Works great to replace our lost remote!

I wanted the advertised model Optimum URC-2464 remote control B00 (aka Optimum Silver with O button). However, I received an old Cablevision model UR2-CBL-CV04 (aka Cablevision Silver with "IO" button). Since it works and looks like the remote I wanted, I think I can keep it. I don't know how the "Free Compass" pictured fits into this, but I didn't get it (nor did I want to). The remote control you will receive is NOT the one pictured and is NOT a replacement for the Optimum. The optimal remote control has a few more buttons and is a different model. The optimal remote control is listed in the description, but the one you receive is different (says for Cablevision). There may have been a relationship between Cablevision and Optimum at some point, but the remotes aren't interchangeable. I couldn't find what I wanted but this one is great, maybe better than my original remote. not a real Optimum remote control. It actually does, but it's not the one that comes with newer boxes. However, all the buttons on the console work the same, and I've even noticed a few features on this remote that seem to have been removed from newer models.
