Unleash the Fierce Fun with the Dog Pupasaurus Rex Costume Review

This was a fun costume that got a lot of love at my party. The fit was amazing, the only complaints I would have were the head didn't hold up very well and the tail was a bit sluggish. We had to stuff the tail and attach the hat to my dog. It was also a great costume.

I ordered a medium size for my dog. My dog's neck is 13 inches so it must be bigger if anything, but the average size was too small. His chest size is 23 inches and the medium says 20-24 inches but I have never been able to attach it to my dog's chest. Everything about him looks so small, it's ridiculous. Be careful what size you order - I would guess 1-2 sizes up.

Man, I literally can't stop laughing putting this on my pit bull. He looks weird with his underbite, but that's too much to add! I love it, and so does everyone else over the past two Halloweens. I highly recommend that you measure your dog as he was a bit large but that was my fault as I have no way of measuring him so I kind of guessed.

This costume was adorable and really complemented our Jurassic Park family Halloween costumes. Our 5 month old 25lb Lab mix puppy is perfect for a medium size. However, as other commenters have noted, the headgear was a little uncomfortable and didn't stay in place well. She turned it over and tried to chew on it a few minutes after putting it on. Luckily the rest of the costume stayed in place and she still looked adorable even when we all went for a walk, even without her head.

Ordered this in a medium size for my 27 lb Corgi. The chest strap fits, but hardly touches the stomach; she is not overweight. The head is arranged in a strange way so that the raptor's head is constantly dangling in front of her eyes and she sees nothing. It may work better on a dog with a longer neck and/or floppy ears.
